Many thanks to Warnes Bros and Advertlets for bringing another great movie screening and this time around, is in 3D!!!!
Story Line: Acclaimed filmmaker Zack Snyder makes his animation debut with the fantasy family adventure “Guardians of Ga’Hoole,” based on the beloved books by Kathryn Lasky. The film follows Soren, a young owl enthralled by his father’s epic stories of the Guardians of Ga’Hoole, a mythic band of winged warriors who had fought a great battle to save all of owlkind from the evil Pure Ones. While Soren dreams of someday joining his heroes, his older brother, Kludd, scoffs at the notion, and yearns to hunt, fly and steal his father’s favor from his younger sibling. But Kludd’s jealousy has terrible consequences causing both owlets to fall from their treetop home and right into the talons of the Pure Ones. Now it is up to Soren to make a daring escape with the help of other brave young owls. Together they soar across the sea and through the mist to find the Great Tree, home of the legendary Guardians of Ga’Hoole Soren’s only hope of defeating the Pure Ones and saving the owl kingdoms.

Speaking of the my favorite owl……AH HARR!!!
IT MUST BE THE NTV7 OWL!!!!!! Wahhahahahhaha
You will see him on NTV 7 especially before mid-night and sometime after the NEWS session.
Hmm….wonder why my favorite owl always ends up with eye getting blast off, body detached from tiny crawls, rolling eyes on the tree branches….pity him…sobs…he is cute…
Ahh….he is not the “REAL” deal eh….
OK, back to the “REAL” business. My favorite real owl has to be the Great Horn Owl.
Great horn owls, also known as Tiger Owls are a large owl native to America. It is an adaptable bird with a vast range and is the most widely distributed true owl in the Americas. Too bad you cannot find much in Malaysia. I love this owl because it is cute, have big cute eyes and have tiny fluffy ear tuffs. They rather resemble to the NTV7 Owl, don’t you think so? IMO…hahahahaha
They have big eyes that allow them to see clearly at night to hunt prey. They also have sharp hearing that allows them to be great hunters in the dark.
The last time I saw one of these was at a bird show at the Curve. And they are really cute!!!! However, back then, they do not have much response to me, maybe because it was in broad daylight and they kind of feel sleepy.
Hope I could win 2 tickets to watch the screening of Legends of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole Movie Screening by Advertlets & Warner Bros.
Please~~~~~~
Many thanks!!!! Lolz..
