Weight Training = Weight Gaining?

nY goes to weight training twice a week, body combat at least once a week.

I eat lesser and consume food with lesser calories but unexpectedly... the figure on the scale goes up!!!!

OMG! After so many 'torturing' massive workout, I lost some inches on my waist/butt but the figure on the scale increase!

Even my 'nen nen' also drops one SIZE d!~~~ Mr. Smiley was so happy about it! *Faint*

WHY WHY WHY?

Muscles = weight?

Try wearing wearable weights like “Body Togs” anatomically designed weighted sleeves worn on your arms & legs under your clothes. Put them on in the morning and you literally forget you have them on while increasing your calorie burn, muscle tone & bone density! Also wear while exercising to increase workout. Weighted vests work great too!
