nY's Diet Diary

nY is kinda stress lately.

Even I cut off a lot of food, double up my workout load, say no-no to my favourite junk food, my weight is still increasing! 2kgs extra!!!!

Believe it or not?

SO SAD!~~~

I join body combat classes and use all my suck-milk strength in the workout. I eat low-calories meal all the time. I close my eyes when I see ice-cream, cheese cake and junk food.

I will never give up! I bought a dress for Xweing's wedding ceremony already.I swear I want to look nice in that dress!

My meal:-
Breakfast : Roti with kaya + milk
Lunch : Rice + vege + fish
Dinner : Small piece of bun + milk (before heading to gym)
Supper : Oat cereal


My limbs are extremely pain now arh! ROAR! I want my six-packs!

Hhhmmm.....

Try replacing milk with juice/fruit
and kaya with margarine (not butter).

we have been talking about this topic since the first day i know you.. which is like 7-8 years already..sigh,gambatte! and stay healthy rather than want to be thin thin ok ;)
