Asiaworks Graduation

I went to the training with uncertainties and low expectation as I always believe that such kind of training couldn't help me much with my problems. I went to psychiatric once seeking for help to overcome my 'haunting' bad childhood memories yet it didn't work. In the end, parents paid an amount of $$$ without getting nY 'fixed'.

Zhi Yuan kor kor FORCED got me to join the training by 'helping' me to pay for the training. (It costs him RM1.7k). :D I surely won't take for granted loh... Now 'ikating' my stomach to save money to return him the fees through installment.

On the first day, everyone was very shy and quiet. Not many people dare to move forward to the stage for sharing session. So do I. :P The instructor who is an American, ngam ngam returned to Malaysia after few years. At the beginning, he and another assistance just gave us some brief and meaningful theories of human behavior. The training proceeded with some experiential learning and fun games.

It took us 5 days to complete the course. There were around 100+ people from all jacks of life who joined the training. Some of them are managers, some are students, some designers, some businessman, and some even 'flied' from oversea just to attend the self-awareness training.

nY was very happY with the outcome. It changed my thinking, some habits and more importantly, it helped me to get rid of my bad childhood memories. I'm a confident girl with bunches of new friends now. They are very helpful and supportive especially my small group members, New, Patrick, King, Shannon, Atiyah, Alex, Eng Hock and leader Rachel. Frens, I love you all berry berry much!
