Visit Old Peng Yew @ Penang (Part 1)


nY misses my old Peng Yew @ Penang so so much (actually misses the FOOD more) Shhh... Dont tell them k? So, me myself declared holidays and spent 3 days 2 nights at the Land of Hokkien Lang.

Saturday morning nY and childhood friend, Marry ( Yes, her name is MaRRy) took 930am Konsortium express at Pudu. As usual, the bus delayed one hour (Msia mia Culture). nY, Marry and all the luggages had to wait at the platform inhaling all those 'scented' fume from buses till almost fainted. However, that didn't stop us from going to Penang because we wanted to eat something GENG in Penang.

GUESS WHAT? :D~~ The long long journey took around 5 hours. nY almost intended to bite ANYTHING that appear in front of me because nY didn't eat anything since morning, reserved for the BEST.

FINALLY we reached Sungai Nibong bus terminal. The first thing nY told Loke was to eat Diu Lan Durian. But... his friend who sells Durian had to work OT. nY insisted to eat and Loke terpaksa brought nY and gang to Balik Pulau- heaven of Diu Lan.

nY was extremely excited! nY wanted to taste all the Diu-Lan species in Balik Pulau Durian that shown in those forwarded emails. Saliva keep on flowing out along the way to the hill :D~~.

There are many Diu-Lan stalls in Balik Pulau. Got Cap Tangan, Cap Kaki, Cap Kepala.... We chose Cap Kaki since the legs looks so POWERFUL.

Not only Cap Tangan Ground nut, we have Cap Tangan Durian too...

Tuhan Kasi Lu Satu Tendang BESAR!

There were 6 of us. So, we ordered "Nua liap Seai & Ji Liap Tua eh Diu-Lan" ( 2 small and 1 big durians). My hokkien got improved bo? It tastes SO YUMMY till nY wanted to fly.

See! DELICIOUS till nY even wanted to eat the durian skin!

It's time to foot the bill after healed our stomach. Guess how much did it cost for 3 durians?

RM115!!!!!!!

nY nY Believe It Or Not? 3 durians costed us RM115! 30+35+50!!! Kanasai!! Can eat TGI already lor! Wallet vomit BLOOD leh !!!

Aih... never mind la.. ONCE IN A BLUE MOON only... As long everyone enjoy eating the Diu-Lan! Before we left the VAMPIRE (suck blood) stall, Leng keep asking us to look at the board. What so special?

LAN CIAU YUAN!! No wonder so expensive lar...

Feeling satisfying + abit BO SONG, we all went home to "Ban Leng Leng" ( dress up) for more GENG mia activities! After eating LONG LONG sausage @ Northam Beach, Xweing brought us to BAGAN! What's Bagan actually? Xweing told us that pub got many han-sem and successful "MEN". All the "Waitress" wear sexy mini skirt and the singer has very sweet voice. So all the "Zha Boh" and "Tah Boh" kia were so excited and eager to explore that pub.


Those eye candies are actually GAY. They like home-sapien that have K*K*Bird like them. :D Bagan is a elegant GAY PUB.
