MMU Invigilator = WC usherette?

MMU invigilator is also known as WC usherette or ‘Pee-Pee escorter’. They are responsible to escort the students to washroom to settle small or big “case” during final examination. (nYnYpedia)

Do you want to know why nY says so? Please read the following post if you would like to know the reasons. ;)

Today is the first time I invigilate final examination in MMU. Initially, nY was waiting eagerly for it but it was not as fun as nY thought.

All the respective invigilators have to gather at exam unit 40 minutes before the exam starts. Or else, they will have the chance to meet our beloved President and have a tea with him in his office. After registered the attendance, nY was given an invigilator badge, one packet of sweets and one bottle of Blue Ocean mineral water. Hmm… Not bad la! They still realize the “sanfuness” of the invigilators standing 2 hours in the cold and freezing hall.

As usual, nY has to check the ID and exam slips while collecting the attendance slips. It’s not really fun after all. nY thought FOM got more eye candies but this batch majority is from oversea or got dark dark skin de. X( Disappointed! That was not the worst part! Since the exam was held in the afternoon, all the candidates were sweating! Can you imagine the mixture of the ODOUR from different ketiak?!!! You could even see the ‘wetness’ under the armpit.

Out of no where, one student stood up and approached me.

Student: Miss, May I go to toilet?

nY: Why not? Go ahead!

Chief Invigilator: Oh, you have to accompany him to the wash room.

nY: Oh… ‘-‘!!! Okay…

Then that student seemed very happy and proud while walking to the WC. nY was just like the tour guide to the toilet. *Sob Sob* When we reached the gents, nY had to wait outside because I couldn’t enter! Itu student SONG lah.. ada LENGLUI tutor escorted him to toilet!

Needless to say, there were more and more students who requested to go to the toilet. =(( In one day time, nY upgraded to MMU SSU (Shh Shh Usherette) dy!

Besides the pee pee thingy, nY realized some facts during the invigilation. You could say that there were quite a big amount of students that writes using their left hand. Weird hor? No matter international or local, many of them write using their left hand. Is it because left hander utilizes their right brain more and that’s the reason they are studying management courses now?

In a nutshell, what nY wants to conclude is invigilations are not fun all the time! Especially when you have to become the SSU even to the male toilet all the time! *Sob Sob*
